Account Creation & Security

Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 368e will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform.
- Registration details must be accurate and belong to you personally.
- Using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Your password must be strong and must not be shared with any other party.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be closed after a notice has been issued.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 368e platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via a range of local payment methods including bank transfers, FPX, Touch 'n Go, and GrabPay. Deposit processing is typically instant or within a few minutes, while withdrawals are processed within one to three business days depending on your chosen bank.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered bank account information is accurate and held in their own name. 368e reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
- 368e reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity verification purposes before processing any withdrawal.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without notice, as well as appropriate legal action:

- Any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Sharing account credentials or allowing another party to access your account.

In cases of suspension arising from confirmed fraud, any remaining account balance may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.
